Survey Technician

When a Salesperson needs a survey to be done by a Technician, they will enter a request and send it to Operations to be assigned to a Technician.  The Technician will be assigned to complete the Survey.  The Technician will see the request on their iPad.  Surveys are designated by a Yellow S.

Select the Survey and the information needed to complete the Survey will pop up.  It will give estimated distance from the Shop to the Survey area as well as any specific information that the Salesperson needs.  Complete the Survey in BidBoss and send the data.  The Technician can enter any notes or any information they think the Salesperson may want to know about the Survey.  Once finished, mark the Survey as Complete to notify Operations who will then send it back to the Salesperson.
